Monitoring functions:
The status of the user can be identified through the color of the user icon,status include: No reservation、Not available、Faulty、Banned-to-talk、Free、Call-in、Call-out、In-a-call, 12 modes; Meanwhile when a user is in status like: Call-in, Call-out, and In-a-Call, the operator can monitor the phone number the party that is going to call and about to call to the user.
Calling and Answering:
Common Dialing, Touch to Call (Double click the icon)、Call Answering、Multi Line Switchable;
Management functions:
System Management、Group Management、Account Management、Authority Management.
